The processing of an on-line reservation through the website www.royalplaza.es implies that you are contracting a tourist lodging reservation, and it likewise implies the express acceptance of each and every one of the general conditions that are considered an integral part of the reservation and that are back by the specific applicable legislation. 

OWNERSHIP OF THE RESERVATION SYSTEM OF THE WEBSITE www.royalplaza.es:

The owner of the on-line reservation system of the website www.royalplaza.es is Vyra, S.A. (hereinafter HOTEL ROYAL PLAZA), holder of Fiscal Identification Code (CIF): A-07.073.109, with Registered Offices at C/ Pedro Francés, 27-29. 07800 Ibiza, Balearic Islands. Companies' Registry of the Balearic Islands, folio 50, of the volume 358 of the archive, book 287 of the 3rd section on Companies, page no. 6,648, 5th entry.

The use of the on-line reservation system by the visitor, hereinafter the USER (understanding as user the person who uses the reservation system of the website www.royalplaza.es) means that the USER assumes without any type of limitation the obligations set forth in these "General Contracting Conditions" (hereinafter "CONDITIONS" and the Conditions for use established in the Legal Notice).

The USER declares that he/she is of full age (that is, is at least 18 years of age) and has the legal capacity necessary to be bound by this agreement and to make a reservation according to the CONDITIONS established herein, that he/she expressly comprehends, understands and accepts in their entirety.

Therefore, the USER declares that all the information supplied by him/her to access this website and while using the reservation system, is true, complete and exact and promises to keep it up to date.

PRICES:

The prices applicable to the services are those that appear at the time of making the reservation and that can be verified prior to making it through the "Reservation" section, subsection "Rates"; they include the VAT and the rates are expressed in Euros.

The valid prices, except for typographical or computer error, can vary without prior notice, not being reflected in the reservations made until the moment of the change. The prices that appear on the page may be different from those informed by telephone or other means. In the months of June, July, August and September a one-night deposit will be charged. The rest of the year, that credit card data will only be used to guarantee the reservation, and no charge will be made unless the client does not appear or does not cancel his/her reservation in a period of more than 7 days. In these cases one night will be charged.

SERVICES INCLUDED IN THE RESERVATION:

The price of the reservation includes lodging and the regime chosen for it: lodging and breakfast, half board or only lodging.

It does not include any other optional extra service or any other service that does not show expressly contracted through the website www.royalplaza.es.

The availability and the price of requests for special services such as the need of a crib, supplemental bed, etc., that was not included in the calculation of the online reservation, will be pending confirmation by the hotel.

As a general rule and unless otherwise agreed expressly, the rooms will be used from 15:00 hours of the day of arrival and must be left free before 12:00 hours of the day of departure. 

Upon making the reservation, the client is fully and exclusively responsible for the accuracy and veracity of all the information that he/she records. Verification of inaccuracy could provoke the annulment of the reservation.

Client's rights:

- Any information provided to the client shall have a binding nature for the offeror under the terms established by consumer protection laws. 

- Any user of the tourism services has the right for the goods and services that he/she acquires to be of the category and contracted legal requirements or of the quality that is in direct proportion to the category of the tourism establishment. 

- All the establishments have the obligation to have at the client's disposal the claim book in which to record his/her complaints. In order to formulate a complaint, ask for the corresponding form, fill it out with your personal information and indicate clearly the reason for the complaint.

Duties of the client: In the use of the contracted tourism services, each user has the following obligations:

- To pay the price of the contracted services, without the presentation of a complaint or claim exempting him/her from this obligation.

- To comply with the particular rules of the hotel establishment whose services the client uses.

- To observe the rules of hygiene, good manners and customs towards the other users and towards the hotel staff that provides the service.

By using the online reservation system, upon being registered as a user, and by filling out his/her information in the "Contact" section, the client authorizes the HOTEL ROYAL PLAZA to perform the automated processing of the personal information supplied, for the purpose of commercial management, in the case of requests for information or reservations.

No information that you provide to us will be shared with an organization or company outside the HOTEL ROYAL PLAZA.

APPLICABLE LEGAL SYSTEM AND JURISDICTION:

The website of HOTEL ROYAL PLAZA is governed by Spanish legislation and is under the jurisdiction of the Judges and Courts of Spain.

In general, the relations between HOTEL ROYAL PLAZA and its users and clients, derived from the contracting of the products and services contained in this website or in the conditions established for the proper use thereof, will be governed by Spanish laws and under the jurisdiction of the Courts of Ibiza, with express waiver of the jurisdiction that might correspond to them.
